After completing a questionnaire and a personal interview, we will identify with the participant the archetypes used in his/her current job, their relationship and their relative proportions.
The second depth of the assessment is an evaluation of the archetypes involved, including under- or over-acting, possible blockage or misinterpretation.
The third step is to compare the archetypes proposed for the effective operation of the job role and the archetypes currently in operation.
The fourth step is to develop an individual development plan.
