Managing a 20+ person consulting company as a partner (Artemis Ltd.)
It doubled its turnover every year for five years. All my jobs have been in high-stress, high-risk, fast-paced environments. Every assignment and project was about change, implementing and managing change.

I started my work as a trainer and personal consultant by developing training materials. The first training material I developed was for entrepreneurs and dealt with event management and change management. The second major material I developed was about personality types and roles and dealt with situational behaviour typology.
I am currently teaching these trainings to private individuals in the personal, workplace and entrepreneurial context. On this topic I have produced a free introductory video series.

Short version
I have more than 25 years of professional experience in business development, e-commerce, marketing and management as a consultant, entrepreneur and manager. The focus of my work today is on leadership development and organisational transformation based on internal structures - through archetype-based identity building.
My own methodology combines deep self-awareness processes, the targeted, mind-state-shaping application of meditation, and a scientific approach to the functioning of the collective unconscious and leadership archetypes. This is not just "soft skill development", it is a business strategy: real change is not through KPIs, but through identity.
I believe that leadership is not a technique, but a story - about ourselves and our organisation. That's why development is initiated from within, not without. The processes I lead support individual leaders, executive teams and organisations alike to become aware of the hidden patterns behind their operations, redefine their roles and build an authentic, inspiring presence; and create clearer, more transparent, efficient and profitable processes at an organisational level!
I also use the world's first scientifically validated archetype assessment system. Through exploring the past, reimagining the present and integrating the future, I help my partners lead from their own style - and build a culture that not only works, but also carries meaning.
