It doubled its turnover every year for five years. All my jobs have been in high-stress, high-risk, fast-paced environments. Every assignment and project was about change, implementing and managing change.

I started my work as a trainer and personal consultant by developing training materials. The first training material I developed was for entrepreneurs and dealt with event management and change management. The second major material I developed was about personality types and roles and dealt with situational behaviour typology.
I am currently teaching these trainings to private individuals in the personal, workplace and entrepreneurial context. On this topic I have produced a free introductory video series.
