Profiling is the process of creating a profile of the ideal candidate for a particular job role.<\/p><p>The profile includes the archetypes associated with the role, the ideal motivational state and the operational or action skills that the candidate should already possess. When building the profile, we take into account the profile of the organisation and the owners, if they are actively involved in the organisation.
