That is, <strong>group identity and intelligence<\/strong>\u00a0or collective functioning prevail. In this approach, <strong>an organisation's own consciousness<\/strong> is primarily determined by its <strong>leaders,<\/strong> whose individual qualities and talents add up to form <strong>the organisational consciousness.<\/strong>The organisation's characteristics, efficiency, responsiveness, development capacity and stability will determine its growth potential and its <strong>ability to adapt to market changes.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00e6620 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00e6620\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the Jungian approach, the ways of functioning transmitted by leaders to the organization <strong>are decoded by means of an archetypal system.<\/strong> An archetype denotes a type of instinctive response to an external problem. Over thousands of years of evolution, these successful and well-functioning patterns have become embedded in human collective knowledge. <strong>The good leaders are those who can access and operate this collective intelligence<\/strong> and inject or represent it into the organisation as a whole. When this works well, the growth potential and survival capacity of the organisation is multiplied, giving it a competitive advantage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Based on the book <em>Mapping the Organizational Psyche\u2019 ( by John G. Corlett and Carol S. With a little courage, it can even be used for <strong>market segmentation<\/strong>and customer grouping. It can also be used to analyse competitor communications and brands, and to decode how they are succeeding or failing in the marketplace. A conscious archetype-based organisational structure automatically gives <strong>the organisational identity<\/strong>that is the basis for employer branding.
