This requires an existing archetype profile and development plan. The development process will be based on the development plan, using e-learning materials and character coaching, partly self-directed and partly supported by consultation. At the end of the development process, the character profile is updated, thus confirming and strengthening the new self-image and leadership identity. At the end of the process, the developed leadership identity is embedded in the organisation.<\/span><\/p>
