For issues or problems of high business importance, where there is or is likely to be high organisational resistance to the change required by the business development. This product helps to identify the operational patterns and archetypes involved in or at risk of resistance to change. Once we have identified the actors involved, we can stage them, either directly or impersonated by a support colleague. In this way, hidden emotions and fears can surface and opposing or conflicting roles can be revealed. With this knowledge in hand, it is possible to evolve and change roles, to dispel projected ideas or misconceptions and to reduce resistance by transferring the role that is causing the obstacle or by taking on a new one.<\/span><\/p>
